Korean Ramen is very spiced and often contains black bean sauce. China makes Ramen in Szechuan flavors. Thailand makes very thin delicate noodles. Japan prefers the flavor of seafood and mild spices. Americans prefer meat flavor and mushroom flavor. I learned about the history of ramen from this story. I often eat ramen. My favorite ramen is Anseongtangmyun.
